Corporate wellness

Back pain, neck strain and repetitive strain injuries are common in desk-based work. Employers and HR teams can give staff easy access to licensed physiotherapists through Rehabify, with or without engineering work.

Option 1: A staff campaign link (no code)

Create a referral link for your staff campaign and share it on your intranet, in an HR email or on posters as a QR code.

• Employees refer themselves through a short form with explicit consent, and then chat with Joy on WhatsApp.
• expires_at ends the campaign automatically.
• Link stats (clicks, leads, signups, bookings, payments) show participation, without exposing any individual's health information.

Option 2: Sponsored referrals by API

If your occupational health or HR system refers employees directly, for example after a workplace injury, create referrals with billing_mode: "corporate_sponsored":

care.preferred_mode: "remote" asks for virtual sessions, which suits staff who can't leave the office. Use metadata for reporting dimensions such as department or site. Never put health details there.

Commercial arrangements for sponsored care, such as rates and invoicing, are agreed with Rehabify separately. Contact partners@physioaroundme.com.

Employee privacy

• Employers never receive clinical notes. Webhooks and progress reports contain statuses, attendance and milestones only.
• Webhooks never contain personal data. Contact details are only available through the API and your dashboard.
• With the campaign link, employees refer themselves. The referrals created through your link appear in your dashboard and the API, alongside the link's aggregate stats. Tell staff what you'll see before you launch the campaign.
• The public tracking page at https://physioaroundme.com/track/<tracking_code> shows only the status timeline.

Tracking participation

• Subscribe to webhooks to count bookings and completions per department, using metadata.
• Use GET /partners/referral-links to read campaign stats.
• Use progress reports for attendance on sponsored referrals.
